As part of our ongoing commitment to staff engagement and growth, Daayitwa Abhiyaan organized a staff retreat that brought together learning, reflection, and collaboration. Grounded in the vision of Abhiyaan, the retreat created a shared space for aligning our individual efforts with a larger collective purpose. The retreat featured an insightful session on Public Narrative led by Dr. Pukar Malla (Founder and Chairperson), where team members explored the power of storytelling to connect personal values with collective purpose. This was complemented by sessions on Action Planning and Time Management facilitated by Dr. Nisha Onta (Founder and executive director), followed by practical discussions on action plans led by Sanjay Pokhrel (GEEP Program Manager) and Rakshya Silwal (Senior Governance Coordinator).

We also extend our sincere appreciation to the HR team, especially Pratigya Adhikary (Senior Operations and Partnership Manager) and Puja Sharma (People’s Operation Coordinator), for their smooth planning and coordination, which made the retreat a meaningful and well-organized experience for all.
